Clerk's Office

The Clerk's office is governed by State Statutes 61.25 and 61.26 and is responsible for various duties including but not limited to:

  • Election administration
  • Official agenda and minutes preparation
  • Maintenance of Village Ordinances and Resolutions
  • Administration of alcohol, business and special event licenses/permits
  • Tax calculation, collection, and disbursement 
  • Management of the annual Board of Review
  • Official custodian of Village records and the Village seal
  • Coordination of appointments to the Village’s boards, committees, and commissions
