    We all know how important it is to keep our brains active and engaged. Just as we exercise our bodies, it is equally important to exercise our minds. In each session with Kelly Schroeder Strong, we will work our brains with challenging yet FUN activities and learn about brain health along the way. We will also end each class with a meditation to allow our minds to rest.

    Bring in your portable technology such as cell phone, laptop, iPad, Kindle, camera etc. and get one-to-one support from a UWM student volunteer. Want to open a Facebook account, sign up for email, have Face Time on the computer with distant friends & family, solve a problem or just become more familiar with a new toy? Our volunteers are here waiting to help you. The program is free! No preregistration is required. (No tutor available on Jan. 26)

    Join local philosopher, Dr. Greg Sadler for a fascinating, engaged lecture and discussion based on Aristophanes Story in Plato's Symposium. Sound deep and serious? You may be surprised. Aristophanes was a comedic playwright in classical Athens. His speech in Symposium is characteristic of old comedy. All are welcome!

  6. Lunch & Live Improvisational Comedy

    11:30 am Lunch prepared by Irene’s catering includes traditional meatballs served over penne pasta with red sauce, Italian salad, bread and brownies. Residents $10/nonresidents $12 due no later than noon January 28. 12 – 1 pm Olga Volodarskaya entertains at the piano with easy-listening favorites. 1 pm Live Improvisational Comedy with The See Team – You never know what to expect from this zany bunch – except fun! They’ll perform games and sketches based entirely on our suggestions. So bring an open mind and some idea starters to shout out. .... then leave it to The See team!
