Beginning mid-week (next week), many of the aerial acts will begin practicing for the weekend shows. The SHPD understand residents may have concerns about the noise and would like to remind everyone that there is no provision in the Village Code regulating aircraft noise. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has the sole authority to regulate all "navigable airspace," exclusively determining the rules and requirements for its use.
