Chief of Police Glenn L. Gass

Shorewood's 2nd Chief of Police. He was hired as a patrol officer in 1930 and climbed the ranks, being appointed chief in 1968. Sadly, he served as chief for less than 1 year. On June 23, 1969, he suffered a heart attack and passed 7 days later at age 64.
