On Thursday, April 4, the Village Board hosted an open house to gather input on the ongoing update for the Village's Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan.
Participants were able to view topical displays with sample questions related to various elements expected to be covered within the plan's recommendations. These topics ranged from pedestrian and bicycle components to traffic calming, accessibility and enforcement.
The displays have been uploaded onto the project website and an online form has been created to solicit additional comments through the end of the month. If you have ideas to share, be sure to be heard!
A follow-up open house will be scheduled in June to review these comments and discuss opportunities for improvements.
